My names Connor Hall and I’m a certified personal trainer in Leeds. I am based at Wilton Park industrial estate in Birstall, I help any individual that’s wanting to achieve their desired fitness and lifestyle goals.

Anything’s possible when there’s a plan in place, a goal to aim towards and someone to help you stay on track and stay motivated.

There’s nothing better than loving what I do best which is developing, training and helping people achieve their goals through physical and mental challenges.
