  • When I first started with Conner Hall I had stopped making progress by myself, but in the few short months Iv had sessions with him my body shape has improved dramatically.

    He will push you beyond what you believe your limits to be and if you give Conner the 110% effort he asks for, you will notice and feel the results a lot sooner than you would expect.
