I have trained with Connor for quite a while now; I thoroughly enjoy the way he works and I am so proud of what I have achieved whilst I have been part of CHF. 

Connor is really motivational and enthusiastic, whilst also being approachable, supportive and really encouraging. I very much enjoy being part of CHF as everyone is so friendly and we all work together and have a laugh ... which is really important, especially when you’re pushing plates down the track at 5:45am!

I have really enjoyed the last 8 weeks, although it has been hard work, i would highly recommend this course it is for everyone, whether its your fist time in a gym or been training for years.

Connor will push you to your limits, always a good friendly atmosphere in gym and have met some lovely people.

If your wanting to lose weight and get fit I highly recommend Connor Hall Fitness.

There’s lots of gyms about but this place is friendly there’s a lovely vibe here I did a Body Recomposition Course last year with Connor Hall when he worked in a different gym now he has this place his own gym if you want results and a friendly atmosphere this has to be it.

I have been training with Connor for over a year, his classes and personal PT sessions are structured, He pushes me to my limit which is what I need. He keeps me motivated and wanting to improve my strength and fitness. The body recomposition group has a mixture of abilities and is tailored to all, there is a good group atmosphere and everyone pushes and encourages each other. Highly recommended.
